Forzest 20 mg is a treatment for adult men with erectile dysfunction (ED). This is when a man cannot get or keep a hard penis suitable for sexual activity. The medicine has the active ingredient Tadalafil, which has significantly improved obtaining an erection hard enough for sexual activity. For this Tadalafil formulation to be effective sexual stimulation is required. It is not indicated for use by women. The most common dose-related side effects of Forzest are headache and dyspepsia.  

Do not take the Forzest pill if you take nitrate medications to treat angina (a symptom of heart disease that can cause pain in your chest, jaw, or down in your arm. Nitrate medication, including nitroglycerin found in tablets, sprays, pastes, ointments, or patches. Nitrate can also be present in other medicines, such as isosorbide dinitrate or isosorbide mononitrate. Therefore, it is necessary to speak to your doctor if you are not sure if any one of your medicines is nitrates.

Tell your doctor if you need immediate medical attention for a heart problem; it will be important for your doctor to know when you took the last Forzest drug. After taking the pill, the active ingredient remains in your body for more than two days. Stop sexual activity and get immediate medical help if you develop dizziness, chest pain, or nausea during sex. Sexual activity can put a load on your heart, especially if your heart is weak due to heart disease or a heart attack.  

How To Use

Take Forzest 20 mg exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor if you have any doubt related to the drug’s usage. The maximum dose frequency is once per day. Usually, an ED medication is used as per need.  

Precautions

Do not take Forzest 20 mg if you are allergic to Tadalafil or any other medicine ingredients. Taking any nitrate medication has been shown to increase the effects of nitrate drugs. Nitrate medications are prescribed to treat angina pectoris. Do not take this ED medication if you have serious heart disease, stroke, low blood pressure, or vision loss.

Side Effects

Like PDE5 inhibitors, Forzest 20 mg can cause side effects, although not everybody who uses it gets them. Most of these side effects are usually mild to moderate and disappear within a few days of taking medicine. IF you experience any side effects that persist for a longer duration, stop taking the medication and seek immediate medical help. Look out for the following signs:

• Allergic reactions, including rashes
• Chest pain-do not use nitrates but consult your doctor right away
• Sudden loss of vision
• Priapism condition (a prolonged and painful erection after taking Tadalafil). If you have an erection that lasts for more than 4 hours, you should contact a doctor right away.
