Product Description

Topinate 30 gm contains the active component clobetasol propionate, a synthetic corticosteroid, for topical dermatologic use. Dermatologists prescribe it for the topical therapy of recalcitrant corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, including severe cases of psoriasis and eczematous dermatitis. Clobetasol Propionate is the potent active ingredient present in the drug Topinate 30 gm. It is effective for the treatment of pruritic manifestations and helps in reducing inflammation. Like other topical corticosteroids, Clobetasol propionate has antipruritic, anti-inflammatory, and vasoconstrictive properties. The mode of action of the anti-inflammatory activity of this topical agent is still not understood. Treatment beyond two weeks is not recommended. The corticosteroid therapy should be discontinued when control has been achieved. If no improvement is seen within two weeks of regular usage, reassessment of the diagnosis may be necessary. It is the most widely used preparation and the most preferred combination recommended by experts.

How To Use
