How To Use

Use Retino A micro gel exactly as your doctor tells you to. Your dermatologist may change your dose if you develop skin irritation. Before applying the gel, wash the affected skin area with a mild, non-medicated soap or cleanser. Make sure you apply the product a clean and dry skin.

Apply the gel formulation once daily in the evening or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use more than you need to cover the affected area, and do not apply the gel more than once a day. You may feel warmth or slightly stinging after applying Retin A gel.

You may use moisturizers and cosmetics with Tretinoin gel. Initially, during the treatment, you may get new pimples. At this point, it is important to continue using Retin A Micro gel. Your acne may get better right away.

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including prescription, non-prescription drugs, vitamins, herbal products, and skincare products. This gel stinks like gasoline. I don't want to put it on my face!

This is awful! I have been using tretinoin for 2 years and never in my life have I experienced this! It feels like rubbing sand all over your face. A very fine gritty sand that you can’t even get away from no matter how gently you rub it in. It hurts my face and is disrupting our moisture barrier. This has got to be bad product. Tretinoin is already a harsh active ingredient to put on your face, so why in gods name would you add a gritty texture to cause possible further irritation? This should be listed IN THE DESCRIPTION. I want my money back! Do NOT buy!!!

After using three tubes of this product with no issues I placed my second order for another three but I was surprised and very disappointed by the quality. It is extremely rough on the skin, feels like rubbing sandpaper, very difficult to apply even mixed with or overtop moisturizer. Basically I haven't been able to use them and I feel very hesitant about giving it another try.

I really wanted to love this product, but I am sadly disappointed in the quality. I wanted to upgrade from the 0.05% strength cream I had been using for 2 years and decided to go with the Micro version for less reported irritation. But when I opened the tube, there was a foul smell I noticed immediately. The texture is also really rough and gritty, like sand paper when applied to the skin. The gritty "microspheres" would not dissolve or absorb even after waiting 30 min. But mainly it was the awful foul smell that made it impossible to use. This is my first time using the Micro, but from what I read online it should not feel so rough it hurts to apply onto my face. I must have received a bad batch, even though it was not past the expiration date on the tube. But that makes me question the overall quality control of ReliableRx. Thankfully, after contacting customer service, they refunded me. Now I'm hesitant on whether I should give it another try and hope I get a good batch this time...

I bought one of these along with my 0.04, this turned out terrible. it was all separated and filled with bubbles. I don't know if something happened in the shipping process or if it was defective from the start but I couldn't use it. I will try to purchase it again to see if it's usable.
